Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts, scrape the store in a harmful way, or use the site in a manner that violates applicable law.

  • We work to keep catalog information accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct pricing, availability, or listing errors at any time.
  • Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory issues, or listing errors.

Fitment and product-selection responsibility

PARTS4EVS organizes products around EV platforms and fitment paths, but customers are still responsible for confirming compatibility with their vehicle, configuration, and intended use before installation. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Payments, shipping, and delivery

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not guarantee availability of any specific payment method at all times.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates unless we clearly state otherwise.
  • Orders ship from the United States. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import requirements unless we expressly state otherwise.
  • If we cannot ship within a promised time, or within 30 days where no shipping time is stated, we will work with you on an updated timeline, cancellation, or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and item-condition requirements are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property

The parts4evs.com site design, branding, graphics, copy, and other store content are owned by or licensed to PARTS4EVS and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site or that every product listing will always be complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PARTS4EVS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or your purchase of products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the site or store will be brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. We are not requiring arbitration in these terms.
