Simple return rules for standard ecommerce orders.
This page explains the standard return, refund, and damaged-item rules that apply to purchases from PARTS4EVS.

- Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
- Final-sale items, custom-order items, and installed or used electrical parts are not eligible for return.
Standard return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, and returned in the original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and documentation.
Items that are not eligible for return
- Final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable.
- Custom-order or special-order items.
- Installed, used, altered, or damaged items.
- Used or installed electrical parts or components.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing included components.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or details of the issue. If the problem is verified, PARTS4EVS will work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution, including return shipping where applicable.
How to start a return

- Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.
Return shipping and refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
- Return shipping will be covered by PARTS4EVS when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund timing can vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
